Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rubber Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rubber processing machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality rubber products. Your expertise in machine operation, materials handling, and quality inspection will be vital to maintaining efficient workflows and meeting production standards. Responsibilities Operate rubber milling machines and associated equipment, following safety protocols and operational procedures Set up and adjust machinery for different rubber formulations, ensuring precise control over process parameters Conduct dimensional measurements and quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse handling tools, ensuring proper storage and inventory management Perform routine maintenance on machinery and assist with machine calibration to maintain optimal performance Document production data, quality results, and maintenance activities accurately in logs and reports Experience Proven experience in rubber manufacturing environments, injection molding, or extrusion processes is a plus. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
