Job Description
Summary/Objective Responsible for assisting the molding team. This team member must maintain a positive attitude and have a high level of integrity. Essential Roles This position requires flexibility to learn new positions anywhere in the company. This position supports the shift lead. Understand basic operation of ovens. Participate in all quality testing procedures on product. Understand and follow all standard operating procedures to ensure quality products are produced in a safe and efficient manner. Report all errors in product line using Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Assist in identifying root causes of issues and eliminate quality problems. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Able to Perform and retain a series of operations correctly and consistently. Captures and understands build procedures. Other duties as assigned Competencies Adaptability
