Hands-on experience setting molds and running injection molding processes? A solid grasp of resins and processing fundamentals? 2+ years in injection molding (preferred)? Mechanical aptitude and a talent for troubleshooting? Experience with 3-axis robotics/programming (nice to have)? A learning mindset and adaptability to evolving technology?
