11:00pm - 7:00am QPS is hiring Press Operators for a 3rd shift opportunity in Victor, IA! Press Operators will work independently to produce, inspect, package, and prepare quality parts according to customer specifications.

Plastic Injection Operator Responsibilities:

Operate one or more presses while maintaining a productive pace Assemble, inspect, package, and palletize parts Document daily production and record product information Identify, record, and properly dispose of rejected parts Use hand tools such as knives, clippers, drills, pin gauges, and tape guns Follow written instructions, quality alerts, and training Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate questions or production/quality concerns to supervisors or QA Requirements for

Plastic Injection Operator:

Able to read, understand and follow written instructions Able to regularly lift and move up to 35 lbs.; assistance is required for heavier items Able to stand for duration of shift Able to multitask and operate more than one press at a time Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions Reliable attendance and punctuality Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to drive to Victor, IA for every scheduled shift
