Please independently verify any critical information before relying on it. Description Adecco is seeking skilled Molding Machine Operators to join our client's team in Wheeling, IL . This position offers weekly pay ranging from $17.50 to $20.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options. As a vital member of the manufacturing team, you will operate and maintain department machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Procedures (MP), engineering drawings, and job orders, ensuring adherence to quality system requirements for a leading medical device manufacturer. You will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production processes, and maintaining quality standards to meet industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate molding machines and related equipment in accordance with SOPs, MP instructions, and engineering specifications. Follow job orders and special instructions to ensure precision and quality of products. Maintain compliance with GMP, QSR, and GDP standards pertinent to medical device manufacturing. Perform routine machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Record production and quality data accurately and thoroughly. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in the medical device industry. Familiarity with GMP, QSR, and GDP is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay Details:
