Process Technician (Injection Molding) - Aurora, IL Up to $41/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Night Shift | Full-Time Why join? Work in a fast-paced injection molding environment with competitive pay, full benefits, and excellent career stability. Key responsibilities & Requirements Perform mold setups, startups, and changeovers on injection molding equipment Troubleshoot machine, mold, material, and process issues to minimise downtime Adjust process parameters to optimise production and quality Support production while ensuring quality standards are met Document process changes and follow 5S and SMED practices 3+ years of injection molding experience required Strong hands-on mold setup and process troubleshooting skills required Benefits Up to $41/hour $5,000 sign-on bonus 3% Bonus /Year opportunity Full benefits package 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, rotating schedule) Stable, long-term career opportunity
