Day shift, 7:00 a.m

• 3:30 p.

m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch; overtime may extend the day to 5:30 p.m.

Position Type:

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire About the Opportunity Henis Group is seeking an experienced EDM Operator for a plastic injection mold-making shop in Elmhurst. Candidates with sinker EDM or wire EDM experience are encouraged to apply. Experience with both is welcome, but the shop is willing to train an operator on the process they have not used. What You'll Do Set up and operate sinker or wire EDM equipment to machine precision mold components Review prints and job instructions to plan assigned work Prepare and monitor jobs, make process adjustments, and check results Inspect completed work using appropriate measuring tools Identify quality or equipment concerns and communicate with the shop team Maintain accurate job information and a clean, safe work area What We're Looking For Professional experience operating either sinker EDM or wire EDM Ability to read prints and work to close tolerances Experience with setups and inspection in a precision machining environment Plastic injection mold or toolroom experience preferred Willingness to learn the other EDM process if your background is primarily in one Interested?
