Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Join Our Team We are a well-established custom injection molding company seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician / Supervisor to lead our 1st Shift molding department. This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll spend your time on the production floor supporting the team, solving molding problems, improving processes, and ensuring quality parts are produced safely and efficiently. If you're the type of person who enjoys troubleshooting molding issues more than sitting behind a desk, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Supervise and lead first shift molding personnel. Troubleshoot injection molding processes and quality issues. Perform mold start-ups, process development, and process optimization. Coordinate mold changes and verify successful start-ups. Reduce scrap, downtime, and cycle times. Establish and maintain documented process parameters. Train and mentor operators, technicians, and material handlers. Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Scheduling. Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: 5+ years of hands-on injection molding process experience. Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience establishing and optimizing molding processes. Knowledge of engineering resins and commodity materials. Experience with mold setup, start-ups, and process validation. Ability to read part drawings and understand quality requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
