As a Mixer Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

3PM-11PM What's the Job? Use powered and unpowered hand trucks to position containers of chemicals and rubber safely and efficiently Identify different types of chemicals and rubber to ensure proper handling and processing Utilize the "#11 Banbury Mixing Sheet" to confirm the correct ingredients per batch Operate the #11 Banbury mixer in both automatic and manual modes, adjusting settings as needed Maintain a clean mixer, including the mixer door and throat, free of excess buildup to ensure safety and efficiency What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Ability to repeatedly lift at least 75 lbs safely Must be able to read and understand directions, and communicate effectively in English Strong safety habits and awareness of safe work practices Basic understanding of PLC screens and temperature adjustments is a plus What's in it for me?
