Job Description This role offers a range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications and skills, as well as geographic considerations. This is a second shift position with working hours from 2pm-10:30pm. Must be able to train on a split shift for a minimum of 90 days with hours being from 10am-6:30pm. We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As aMill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for: Runningbatches of ink at proper mill settings Packagingfinished product in various containers and apply labels Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities

Mix Batch:

Dischargingpigment and operatingmixer safely; following and adheringto all INX Mixer SOP's Creatingand maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times Canning Operatingthe following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift Acting as a QC liaison, providingink samples, makingink adjustments, and recording data Completingscheduled maintenance,and troubleshooting procedures Helping with repacksQualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a high school diploma or (GED) desired Have 3 months of work related experience Demonstrate good math and basic computer skills Have attention to detail Be reliableto work assigned shift Be flexible to work overtime as required Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background Be able to perform an active role with any multi-disciplinary teams Have good attendanceand punctuality Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as required In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have: Forklift experience, but we can train you Mixing, Milland Pump filter industry background Previous experience within the Ink IndustryAdditional Information We offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, long-term care, 401(k) and more.
