Mill Operator The Mill Operator cuts raw materials and produces quality parts that meet customer specifications. This role supports daily production by operating equipment, performing quality checks, and keeping work flowing smoothly. What You'll Do Operate saw, milling, drilling, tapping, finishing, and deburring equipment Follow setup, start-up, and shutdown procedures Process and track orders using production software Inspect parts to ensure quality and tolerance accuracy Read blueprints and use measuring tools Move completed orders to the next workstation Support team communication and continuous improvement What You Bring High School Diploma or GED Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools Strong math skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for a 10-hour shift Ability to read, write, and speak English Why You'll Love Working Here Steady, full-time hours in a clean manufacturing environment Hands-on work with opportunities to learn new skills Supportive team culture that values improvement and accountability Training provided and room to grow within the company
