Monday 2:00 AM-6:00 AM, then Monday-Wednesday 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for an Injection Mold Operator position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating injection mold machines, loading and unloading rubber materials, and inspecting finished parts for quality. What You'll Do Load rubber material into injection molds. Operate and monitor multiple molding machines. Unload rubber forms after the molding process. Perform visual inspections of finished parts. Identify defects and ensure parts meet quality standards. Maintain proper machine operation and basic machine upkeep. Follow all safety and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work a night shift schedule. Strong attention to detail when inspecting parts. Ability to operate and monitor multiple machines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn and follow production procedures.
