Responsible for insuring that completed work is of the highest quality possible through frequent quality checks and maintaining a samples file.
Responsible for insuring that completed jobs are packaged neatly and securely without excessive cost.
Responsible for working with Production Manager to insure that workflow schedule achieves the best possible production efficiency within the scheduling limitations provided.
Responsible for assisting Production Manager with monitoring inventory and insuring sufficient stock is on hand.
Responsible for assisting in other production/shop areas when required.
Must be physically able to manage rolls of film, lifting, twisting and bending and to work on feet.
Must be able to handle stack and manage press sheets including loading and unloading the table in a neat and effective manner.
Must have good work habits and enjoy seeing a job well done.
Must be comfortable with co-workers who have a faith-based value system and who do not want or expect to listen to rude talk in the workplace.
Must be cheerful and have a positive can-do attitude.
Must enjoy a challenge and learning new things.
Must interact well with female supervision.
Must be reliable, report to work on time with minimum absenteeism.

Production Manager, Owners Job Duties:
Responsible for the proficient and efficient operation of laminators and tabletop finishing equipment including setup, trouble shooting and maintenance.Responsible for insuring that completed work is of the highest quality possible through frequent quality checks and maintaining a samples file.
Responsible for insuring that completed jobs are packaged neatly and securely without excessive cost.
Responsible for working with Production Manager to insure that workflow schedule achieves the best possible production efficiency within the scheduling limitations provided.
Responsible for assisting Production Manager with monitoring inventory and insuring sufficient stock is on hand.
Responsible for assisting in other production/shop areas when required.
A Successful Operator:
Must display attention to quality and detail without sacrificing speed and efficiencyMust have good problem-solving skills that show patience, understanding, and logical thinking.Must be physically able to manage rolls of film, lifting, twisting and bending and to work on feet.
