Join us in coloring a safe and sustainable future! Job Description We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As aMill Operator you will be responsible to: Run batches of ink at proper mill settings. Package/can finished product in various containers and apply labels Cleanand maintainmachine to TPM Standards Learnand applyTPM knowledge to daily activities Operate Hockmeyer mills atoptimum OEE (overall equipmenteffectiveness) standards Create and maintain a database of all existing formulas including processing times Operate the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift Act as a QC liaison, providingink samples, makingink adjustments, and recording data Complete scheduled maintenance,and troubleshooting procedures Help with repacks Qualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a high school diploma or (GED) desired; Have 3 months of work related experience Demonstrate good math and basic computer skills, Have attention to detail Be reliableto work assigned shift Be flexible to work overtime as required Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background. Be able to perform an active role with any multi disciplinary teams.
