Responsibilities:

Operate asphalt milling machine Basic asphalt knowledge including milling, paving. Observe milling machine operation and adjust controls to ensure specified tolerance. Must have knowledge to Inspect, clean, maintain equipment. Must be an advocate of safety and follow safety policies and procedures. Ability to execute asphalt patching or overlays.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead a small crew of laborers / operators in a timely, safe and profitable manner.

Qualifications:

Must pass drug screen. Must have a valid Drivers License. Must have a good driving record and be able to be insured to drive the Company Vehicle. Must be flexible with hours and able to work Monday thru Saturday if needed. Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret operation plans and procedures.
