Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians to join their team on 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a hands-on opportunity for experienced technicians who can independently set up, troubleshoot, and support injection molding production. Responsibilities Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines Perform mold changes and job changeovers independently Troubleshoot processing and machine issues Make process adjustments within established parameters Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and process stability Set up and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment Respond to machine alarms and production issues Support robotics and automated manufacturing equipment Complete required production and process documentation Work with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve manufacturing issues Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Hands-on injection molding processing experience 5+ years of injection molding experience Experience setting up and troubleshooting injection molding machines Experience performing mold changes and machine setups independently Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and respond to production issues High school diploma or GED Plastic injection molding experience Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift
Preferred:
Experience with robotics, automation, or auxiliary equipment Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience Scientific molding or process troubleshooting experience RJG/Master Molder or other plastics processing training Experience with manufacturing ERP systems
Pay:
$27 - $35.50 / hour W2 depending on shift and experience #INDENG
