• Full Time / Direct Hire We are looking for an experienced and reliable Die Setter to join our injection molding team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, changing over, and optimizing injection molding machines and tooling to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Duties include installing and removing molds/dies, adjusting machine settings, troubleshooting process or tooling issues, and supporting smooth production runs while minimizing downtime. The role also involves carrying out basic preventative maintenance, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring all products meet company quality standards and production targets. Candidates should have strong mechanical skills, experience working within a manufacturing environment, and a good understanding of injection molding processes and health & safety procedures. Previous experience as a Die Setter, Tool Setter, or Injection Molding Technician is preferred. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential
