- Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.00 - $34.00/hour
- Shifts:
- 2nd or 3rd shift, 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m., plus overtime every other weekend, 3rd
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 10:30 p.m.-7:00 a.m., plus overtime every other weekend. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, rotating schedules as needed and participate in an on-call rotation is expected, standing and walking for a full shift.

You'll be:
- + Setting up and starting extrusion blow molding and other molding machines per production schedules + Performing mold changes, tooling changeovers, and equipment setups safely and efficiently + Installing, aligning, and removing molds, tooling, and machine components + Adjusting process parameters for optimal product quality and productivity + Monitoring machine performance and making process adjustments as needed + Conducting first-piece inspections and supporting ongoing product quality verification + Troubleshooting molding, tooling, material, process, and equipment issues to minimize downtime + Performing preventive maintenance on molds, tooling, machines, and associated equipment + Collaborating with production, maintenance, quality, automation, and engineering teams + Mentoring or training other employees and supporting continuous improvement initiatives + Following all safety, quality, GMP, and company policies and procedures •This job might be an outstanding fit if you:•+ Have a high school diploma or GED (technical training preferred) + Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Bring experience setting up, operating, or troubleshooting molding machines in manufacturing + Have knowledge of plastics materials and processing techniques + Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team + Show a strong commitment to safety, quality, documentation, and continuous improvement •
Preferred:
- + Two years of extrusion blow molding process technician experience + Experience with injection blow molding or injection molding (or willingness to learn extrusion) + Familiarity with engineering plastics and resins (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PMP, FEP, PFA) + Experience with industry-standard equipment (Bekum, Davis-Standard, Kautex, Milacron, Graham, Plastiblow, etc.
)
+ Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
+ Experience with automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, or vision inspection systems
+ Background in regulated manufacturing environments
+ Experience mentoring or training others
- Physical Requirements:
- + Ability to stand and walk for a full shift, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs + Comfortable working around loud equipment, elevated temperatures, and moving machinery + Must adhere to cleanroom requirements (no jewelry, makeup, exposed piercings, etc.)
