Shift Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00
PM Mandatory Overtime:
Fridays and Saturdays as production requires

Full-Time Job Summary A West Michigan metal manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Foundry Pourer to safely and accurately pour molten metal into molds according to established procedures. This is a physically active role in a high-heat industrial environment and is essential to maintaining production quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities Pour molten metal into molds in accordance with production requirements and safety standards Safely transport and position ladles used for molten metal Monitor pour quality, temperature, and mold fill levels Identify and report casting defects or equipment issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of foundry, casting, or heat-treating experience Ability to work in high-heat industrial environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the work shift Ability to understand and follow safety instructions and production procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work mandatory overtime as required Preferred Qualifications Molten metal pouring experience Manufacturing or heavy industrial production experience Work Environment This position is performed in a hot, industrial foundry environment with exposure to molten metal, moving equipment, and industrial noise. Required PPE must be worn at all times.
