Thursday. 7:00 pm
3:30am.

Betz Industries, a local World Class Casting Center is currently seeking individuals to fill a full-time positions in our melting department. This is an excellent opportunity that has a starting wage of $19.00 per hour + $2.00/hr. shift Premium. Overtime may be required. Interested candidates may apply in person Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. at 2121 Bristol Ave. NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 for on-the-spot interview. Receive and confer work instructions from Supervisor to coordinate production schedules. Load specified proportions of scrap metal and pig iron into furnace. Weigh out specified materials for furnace charges, and load charges into melting furnace. Operate furnaces to specifications. Skim slag from surface of molten metal. Transfer molten metal from furnace to ladle. Monitor and document pouring and metal types and take periodic sample to ensure conformance to specifications. Maintain high standards in equipment and housekeeping. Understand and comply with

quality procedures and work instructions. Understand and comply with company's safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
