- Ensures precision in dimensions, flatness, and surface finish Safety Awareness
- Consistently follows safety protocols in a high-risk environment Mechanical Aptitude
- Understands machine operation and grinding processes Problem-Solving
- Identifies and corrects defects, setup issues, and inconsistencies Time Management
- Efficiently manages machine time and multitasks during operation Quality Focus
- Maintains high standards to meet customer specifications Communication Skills
- Effectively communicates with supervisors and team members Teamwork
- Collaborates with operators, leads, and production staff Adaptability
- Handles varying part sizes, materials, and production priorities Physical Stamina
- Performs physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and repetitive motion Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing shop environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial materials Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Requires manual dexterity and stamina Use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
