This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, manageable workload in a comfortable, climate-controlled (air-conditioned!) facility. We operate 13 injection molding presses ranging from 280 to 1,500 tons, and we typically only run 1-2 mold changes per shift — so this role offers a steady, predictable pace compared to high-volume die-setting environments. We welcome candidates at all experience levels — whether you're an experienced Die Setter or looking to break into the trade, we're willing to train the right person.
