•6:00 AM (Mon-Fri) Saturday hours & overtime opportunities available for extra earning potential! What You'll Do As a Production Team Member, you'll play a hands-on role in creating lightweight, premium plastic automotive parts in an active environment.

Operate & Monitor:

Safely operate injection molding presses and simple machines (full training provided).

Inspect & Trim:

Hand-trim components and ensure high quality before packing.

Assembly & Packing:

Attach small clips/adhesives and pack finished products into containers.

Track Production:

Keep simple, hourly checklists for scrap and defect reporting.

What We're Looking For Experience:

None required! Entry-level candidates and beginners are welcome to apply.

Age:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Reliability:

Must have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to attendance (0 absences during the initial 60-day period).

Physical & Mindset Requirements:
