About the Role We are seeking experienced Mold Makers/Bench Hands to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in polishing machined and EDM'd structure ribs, as well as fitting lifters, slides, and inserts. Your contributions will directly impact the precision and quality of our mold making processes. Responsibilities Polish machined and EDM'd structure ribs to exacting standards. Precisely fit lifters, slides, and inserts into designated pockets. Integrate TH blocks to BH blocks, ensuring seamless alignment and functionality. Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to safely move and position heavy mold components. Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of benching experience in mold making. Proficiency in polishing machined and EDM'd structure ribs. Experience fitting lifters, slides, and inserts. Overhead crane and forklift operation experience. Preferred Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and precision.
