Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to support our plastic injection molding operations. This role is responsible for setting up and monitoring molding processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the setup team to plan and execute mold changes, manage startup and shutdown procedures, and ensure all equipment and materials are prepared and functioning properly. This position plays a critical role in maintaining mold integrity, verifying process parameters, and ensuring accurate product traceability. Candidates should have hands-on experience with injection mold setup, a strong understanding of plastics processing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding, including mold setup through successful processing Proven experience setting plastic injection molds Strong understanding of plastics processing and successful mold setup/start-up practices Ability to read and understand written instructions Basic math skills and the ability to apply them in a work setting Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others to accomplish goals Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with employees and contractors at all levels Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility to work varied schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed Computer skills preferred (spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other relevant software)

Other Details:

A Shift (2): 6am-1215pm and 2 12's which will be 6am-615pm rotating every Thurs-Fri and Sat-Sun. B Shift (1) :1 2pm-615pm and 2 12's 6am-615pm rotating every Thrus-Fri and Sat- Sun.
