Key Responsibilities:
Operate, start-up, shut down, and maintain rotational molding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine mold maintenance tasks, including soda blasting, polishing, power washing, and latch adjustments. Conduct thorough quality inspections, including dimensional measurements and visual assessments, to ensure product excellence. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain consistent production flow. Support continuous process improvements while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Assist with material handling, part finishing, and adherence to production schedules. Mentor and train new team members, collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and colleagues to resolve issues and improve process quality.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in rotational or injection molding environments, demonstrating operation and maintenance skills. Strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of mold and tool maintenance procedures. Experience in quality control, including dimensional and visual inspections. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment. Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maintaining a high level of safety awareness. What's In It for

Pay Details:
