Injection Molding Central Loading Technician JAC Products - 2.9 Saline, MI Job Details Full-time $23 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Our Saline plant is currently seeking a 2nd shift Injection Molding Central Loading Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the central loading system for all presses located in the manufacturing facility. Work hours are 3PM - 11PM with a pay rate of $23.00/hour.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all dryers and hoppers, in addition to preventative maintenance. Responsible for receiving materials to the silos. Responsible for retrieving all materials from the grinding area to blend the regrind material. Maintains dryer filters, loader filters, vacuum pump filters and replaces defective loader hoses. Responsible for overseeing tanker trucks when filling the silos and verifies resin is correctly placed in the silos. Delivers resin to molding machines from central system. Responsible for material changes at presses, and cleaning material spills on top of presses. Checks daily material levels in silos and reports information to the Materials Department. Submits maintenance requests for replacements parts, as they are needed.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Six months to 1 year of experience as a Material Handler. Experience in a plastic injection molding environment.
