Full-Time We are hiring Machine Operators to join an automotive manufacturing facility specializing in plastic injection molding . Machine Operators will be responsible for operating production machinery, inspecting automotive plastic components, and maintaining quality and production standards. Available Shifts & Pay 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM-11:00 PM $16.75/hour ($16.00 base + $0.75 shift premium) Weekends and overtime may be required based on production needs 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM-7:00 AM $17.50/hour ($16.00 base + $1.50 shift premium) Weekends and overtime may be required based on production needs Job Responsibilities Operate injection molding and related production machinery Monitor machines during the production process Inspect molded plastic automotive parts for defects and quality issues Remove, trim, and prepare finished parts as required Follow production specifications and work instructions Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures Meet production and quality standards Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors Work as part of a team to meet production goals Requirements Requirements Must be able to pass a national background check Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required Previous injection molding experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Benefits Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay Health Insurance Benefits Dental & Vision Coverage Union Shop Apply today and join our automotive manufacturing team in Sterling Heights!
