Job Description

Build Custom Products. Learn Two Manufacturing Crafts. The company designs, creates, and builds custom caster components and complete casters to customer specifications. We are hiring a mechanically inclined CNC & Mold/Casting Technician who will work across both our CNC machining and production operations on our primary day shift. You do not need prior experience in both areas. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, safety-minded, comfortable working with machinery and materials, and eager to develop a broader skill set. This role works directly with the Operations Manager and production team to keep daily priorities moving safely, accurately, and on schedule. What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC equipment using established programs, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Load materials, change tooling, adjust offsets, monitor machine performance, and complete routine troubleshooting as trained and authorized.
  • Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Prepare molds and components and measure, mix, pour, cure, demold, and finish parts.
  • Monitor product quality and report defects, process concerns, downtime, equipment issues, or material shortages.
  • Coordinate daily priorities with the Operations Manager and communicate issues that could affect quality, productivity, or delivery.
  • Complete production and quality records accurately.
  • Keep machines, molds, tools, and work areas clean and production-ready.
  • Follow all machine-safety, chemical-handling, PPE, ventilation, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Move between CNC and casting work based on production priorities and assist with other production needs. What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in learning CNC machining and production.
  • Dependable attendance and availability for a regular Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. schedule.
  • Attention to detail, basic shop math, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to work safely, independently after training, and collaboratively with the production team.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Schedule This is a full-time, day-shift position working Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required based on production demand, customer deadlines, or other business needs. Benefits
