Job Description We are seeking an Injection Molding Machine Operator to set up, operate, and tend to plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality products. This role includes performing in-process quality inspections, completing production paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and tend to plastic injection molding machines Perform in-process quality inspections of molded parts Conduct visual inspections for defects Use tools such as calipers or gauges to ensure parts meet customer specifications Identify, contain, and label defective products or scrap Remove finished products from the machine dies Perform secondary operations such as trimming excess material or using hand tools to finish the product Prepare products for packaging and shipment Package and label products accurately according to work orders and company procedures Perform routine cleaning of the machine and surrounding work area Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times Complete required production paperwork, including production sheets, quality inspection logs, and shift reports Follow all company safety policies and use required personal protective equipment Expected Results This role involves monitoring the production process, inspecting parts for quality, and ensuring that all production and safety standards are met. Pay Rate and Work Schedule:
$19.43 per hour
Monday-Thursday:
4:30PM - 3 AM (12-hour day shift) - Fridays if required. #
