We are looking for an experienced Batch Maker to support production operations by mixing raw materials, operating processing equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, including powders, liquids, and pigments. Mix ingredients according to specified recipes and procedures. Operate industrial mixing and processing equipment. Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure efficient operation. Collect product samples for quality testing and inspection. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation. Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing guidelines at all times. Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as needed. Schedule 12-hour shifts available Weekend Day Shift Week Night Shift Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in batch making, chemical processing, or machine operation. Ability to read, understand, and follow production formulas and recipes. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills Experience blending or mixing materials in a manufacturing environment. Forklift operation experience and ability to move raw materials safely. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
