Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mold Maker position include: Minimum 3+ years of experience in plastic injection mold making or tool design Design molds for plastic injection molding and create detailed bill of materials Operate Haas 3-axis vertical mills, surface grinders, manual lathes, and other machining equipment Program CNC machines using Mastercam or similar CAM software Utilize SolidWorks for tool design and programming Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models to produce precision mold components Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools to ensure tight tolerances Troubleshoot mold and machine issues while repairing and maintaining molds for production efficiency

Salary:

$25 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
