Operate, monitor, and adjust tuber machinery to ensure continuous production efficiency and product quality

Perform machine pre-setups, stage raw materials for upcoming orders, and complete production logs accurately

Troubleshoot mechanical process issues and communicate machine status during shift handoffs

Assist with training crew members while maintaining full compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, and safety rules Requirements of the tuber operator:

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven ability to inspect, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment

Ability to pass the required lift truck written and driving evaluation

Physical ability to handle the demands of a hands-on manufacturing environment and work overtime as needed

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to complete 1st shift training prior to transitioning to 3rd shift Additional information:
