• _ •What you'll be doing as a

Tire Retread Technician:

• + Inspect tires and make necessary repairs + Install retread rubber on prepared tires + Prepare tires for curing process + Load and unload curing chamber/large heating oven + Conduct final inspections + Prepares tires for disbursement to proper areas + Maintain a safe and clean work area + Operate tread application machinery
• Available shifts:
• Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
• Job requirements:
• + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Previous tire shop, retreading, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) + Ability to work early morning shifts (5:30am start time) + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods + Strong attention to detail and safety + Ability to work in a team environment + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Ability to work in an industrial shop setting, involving exposure to machinery, rubber materials, and shop noise + Ability to effectively and efficiently do fast-paced, hands-on work •Ready to take control of the way you work?
