What You'll Do:

Perform real-time injury assessments and first aid on-site Make confident return-to-play decisions and manage care transitions Communicate clearly with coaches, parents, players, and event staff Maintain visibility and presence at events (you won't be hiding in a corner) Complete injury reports and documentation with accuracy

Certified EMT or Paramedic (NREMT & Minnesota) Carries or is willing to obtain personal liability insurance Professional appearance, strong communication, and sports awareness College students, recent grads, retired medics, firefighter candidates, and career EMTs welcome Someone who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments Why Smith EMS? (This is not a seasonal position) Although we allow you to create your own schedule and pick up shifts as you please, we are onboarding medics due to a need in weekend and weekday evening availability. Are you able to work weekday evening as well as weekend shifts? Are you able to commute throughout the Twin Cities and St. Cloud area to shifts independently?
