What You'll Do as a
Test Operator:
Inspect boards and panels under a microscope to verify proper coating coveragePerform coating touch-ups under a microscope using various hand toolsUse pliers, cutters, and small hand tools during board assembly processesComplete required production and quality documentation accuratelyEnter basic production data into computer systemsFollow drawings, specifications, and work instructions to maintain quality standardsPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management What You Need to Bring to theTest Operator Role:
High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with small componentsGood vision and finger dexterityAbility to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per dayAbility to remain seated for up to 8 hours per dayGeneral computer skills and ability to perform basic data entryAbility to read, write, communicate, and comprehend EnglishGeneral knowledge of electronic components preferredAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructionsAbility to lift up to 30 poundsIPC-A-610
