Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
Entry-level position. Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Job Duties:
Operate equipment in the foam molding department to produce quality parts• Paint and trim molded products according to customer specifications Learn paint templates, patterns, and material changeover procedures Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Assist with production planning and prioritizing daily work needs Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times Work closely with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Physical Capabilities:

What You Will Do As a Foam Molding Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Foam Molding Operator supports manufacturing success by operating production equipment according to established safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and dependable work habits throughout every shift.
