Whether you're an experienced Mold Technician or a Process Technician capable of troubleshooting molding processes and optimizing machine performance, we want to hear from you.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous plastics manufacturing experience required Injection molding experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to safely work around manufacturing machinery and equipment Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and process documentation Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail Ability to stand throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more as required High School Diploma, GED, technical training, or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up, adjust, and maintain injection molding processes Perform mold changes, machine setups, and production startups Troubleshoot molding issues, defects, and downtime Monitor machine performance and production efficiency Make process adjustments to improve quality and reduce scrap Conduct quality inspections and dimensional checks Support material changes and production changeovers Ensure production standards and cycle time goals are met Communicate production, quality, and safety concerns with supervisors and team members Complete production and quality documentation Maintain housekeeping and organization within the work area Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards

POSITION-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
This is not an entry-level position Hands-on production and process support role Prior injection molding or Process Technician experience preferred Troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills required Perform process adjustments, startups, changeovers, and machine optimization May support multiple machines and production priorities simultaneously Overtime may be required based on production needs
