Park Hills, MO Pay:
$16.00/hr.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday | 4:25PM - 2:55AM (Subject to mandatory overtime based on production needs) PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Rubber Machine Operator I for a manufacturing facility in Park Hills, MO. This position is responsible for operating rubber molding equipment, performing product inspections, packaging finished products, and supporting efficient production operations. Responsibilities Operate rubber molding equipment according to production requirements and work instructions Read and follow work orders, setup instructions, and packaging specifications Remove molded parts from molds while maintaining quality standards Perform visual inspections of finished products Identify and report defective products Complete production and quality documentation accurately Box, label, stack, and palletize finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic math skills and attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work in a team environment Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling Regular lifting up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a NON climate controlled environment. Ability to work around machinery, heated molds, and varying temperatures Why Work for PROMAN?
