About the role Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring on behalf of our partner, ConMet, for full-time Press Operators supporting the Molding Department in Canton, NC. Pay:

What you'll take on Inspect, assemble, label, and package parts in line with written work instructions Run production machinery and use labeling scan guns to track work Accurately log production totals, quality checks, and scrap Hit daily production and quality targets Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Report equipment problems or production issues to supervisors/leads Follow all safety, environmental, and workplace procedures What helps you succeed High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly preferred Comfort using a computer and handheld scan gun Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Grow with a leader Build a long-term manufacturing career with a company that invests in training and advancement.
