Full-time, 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11:30pm; currently working OT on 10-hour shifts: 4:30 pm - 3:00am) |

Pay:

$20.00/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential = $22.00/hr | Weekly Pay | Benefits Step into a hands-on role supporting ConMet's high-volume Molding and Finishing operations. From your first day, you'll be part of a reliable team turning out quality parts that keep production moving. You'll rotate through tasks—inspecting, assembling, labeling, and packing—while keeping an eye on standards, documentation, and safety every step of the way. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed. A day in the role Start your shift by reviewing work instructions and setting up a clean, organized workstation. Inspect parts, assemble components, apply labels with an RF scanner, and pack to specification. Capture production counts and scrap details accurately in the system. Maintain production rates and quality targets while following plant safety and environmental procedures. Flag any unresolved part or equipment issues to your lead or supervisor. What you bring High school diploma or GED strongly preferred. At least 12 months of related manufacturing experience and/or training. Comfort using a computer and operating a labeling scan gun/RF scanner. Mechanical assembly know-how, strong attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
