Job Description

Pay Rate:
$13.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Braider to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring braiding equipment, maintaining production flow, and ensuring product quality. No prior braiding experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate on color charts, yarn ply, machine operation, and job responsibilities. Duties & Responsibilities Load braiding machines for production and refill materials as needed. Keep production lines stocked with yarn to ensure continuous operation. Monitor braiders for defects, inconsistencies, or production issues. Replace full product cans with empty cans as needed. Record and document the weight of finished product before moving it to BIC storage. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production needs and adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping floors and wiping down equipment. Follow all company safety and quality standards. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with good attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn and be trained on production processes and equipment. Training Provided!!
