Job Duties Review tooling designs for plastic components to ensure they meet engineering, manufacturing, and customer requirements. Design and develop tools, molds, dies, and fixtures for high-quality components. Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve tooling performance, quality, and cost. Use mold-flow analysis to identify potential molding issues and improve production efficiency. Work with tooling suppliers during the RFQ process. Maintain documentation related to tooling designs, analysis, and process improvements. Support continuous improvement of tooling processes and manufacturing capabilities.
