Job Description
Moulding Technician Different Shifts available Day 6am
- 1pm Afternoon 1pm
- 10pm Night 10pm
- 6am Job Description Summary Perform a variety of tasks in the moulding process of the blade. Roles and Responsibilities Perform moulding tasks following work instructions Apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles and trim glass Assemble root plate with bushings Lay profiles and place bag over shell Complete the infusion process
- vacuum check, begin infusion, trouble shoot and take temperatures for remainder of process Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines Maintain 5s standards Required Qualifications Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
