Position Overview Mold Men NJ is seeking an experienced Mold Remediation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, or a related restoration field. The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of performing high-quality work independently and as part of a team. This position provides the opportunity to work on residential and commercial projects while continuing to develop within the restoration industry. Responsibilities Set up containment areas and negative air systems. Operate air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment. Perform mold removal, demolition, cleaning, and sanitization according to industry standards. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Properly handle, transport, and maintain equipment and materials. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members. Operate company vehicles to travel between job sites as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of mold remediation, water damage restoration, or related restoration experience required. Experience with containment setup, HEPA filtration, demolition, and restoration equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from the company shop. Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas. Strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
