Shifts Available:

2nd Shift - 2:00pm-10:00pm 3rd Shift - 10:00pm-6:00am

Salary:

$48,880.00 Annually ($23.50 Per Hour) (Salary increased considerably once hired perm, full rate of pay $28.05 )

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

The Compression Molder is responsible for maintaining production, quality performance levels, and the efficient use of manufacturing equipment in accordance with his/her knowledge and training in conformance with established Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice. Operates semi-automatic Compression molding machines to produce molded sheets of varied products from preform rubber compound. Responsible for housekeeping, safety, and quality of work performed. Responsible for meeting productivity standards and working within SOP's and GMP. Performs pre-control inspection as required. May operate semi-automatic injection molding machines as needed.
