We are a full-service emergency restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation and mold remediation. We are seeking a Restoration Technician Helper to support our Lead Technician on residential and commercial restoration projects. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and willing to learn the trade while assisting with water and mold restoration work in the field. Key Responsibilities Assist the Lead Technician with water mitigation and mold remediation projects Help with demolition and removal of affected materials according to scope Set and monitor drying and air filtration equipment under direction of the Lead Assist with containment and negative air setup Operate basic hand tools and assist with power tools as trained Take jobsite photos and assist with daily documentation Maintain clean and organized job sites, warehouse areas, and company vehicles Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the warehouse Experience driving vans or pickup trucks preferred Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to take jobsite photos and communicate Comfortable working in tight spaces, on ladders, or elevated areas Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor Willingness to learn and follow direction
