$25-35 per hour, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

Type:

Direct Hire Responsibilities Injection Molding Support — assist with machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting Production Assistance — support daily manufacturing of plastic components Quality Checks — inspect molded parts for defects and consistency Material Handling — load materials, monitor resin levels, and maintain clean work areas Machine Monitoring — observe cycle times, part output, and machine performance Collaboration — work closely with production supervisors and maintenance teams Requirements Experience in plastic injection molding — any level considered Background as a molder, molding technician, or injection molding engineer is welcome Ability to work hands?on with machines and production equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a manufacturing environment Willingness to learn and grow within the production team Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $35.00
