Process Technician

We are hiring for a Process Technician located at a local company in Honeoye.

Department- Injection and Blow Molding Essential Functions:

Responds to daily production schedule in order to produce finished product that meets quality standards and ship date. Setup and run molding machines to established process. Maintain processes and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions and quality issues as identified by quality manager. Troubleshoots tooling issues and may implement corrective action as needed. Requisitions needed resources and repairs for all production equipment and Tooling. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Authorities:

Development of process settings for all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. May make minor repairs of tooling. Supervise machine operators, maintenance technician and material handlers.

Physical Requirements:

Light to moderate physical effort required. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the facility

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
