Position Summary Katz Gluten Free is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing doughs and batters according to established recipes while ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, food safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality products that our customers can trust. Responsibilities Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to company recipes. Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently. Follow production schedules and batch instructions to meet daily production goals. Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the mixing process. Complete batch records and production documentation accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP and food safety standards. Inspect equipment before and after use and report any maintenance concerns. Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to ensure efficient operations. Follow all company safety policies and food safety procedures. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred. Experience operating industrial mixing equipment is a plus. Ability to accurately follow recipes and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
